Description
Duncan Butterfly (Wood). Released 1958. wood. The original wooden Butterfly, designed by demonstrator Wayne Lundberg. Created by simply reversing the halves of the Imperial shape, allowing easier string catches. This was the FIRST butterfly-shape yo-yo ever made — the term 'Butterfly' was coined from this model. Produced before the 1965 bankruptcy. Original wooden examples are rare and collectible.
